The right home business mindset is a must to succeed

By John Wallen

To build a successful network in your home business, your mind-set is the most important thing you will need. Learning how to think and how to act is crucial for survival. If you don't master this, you will come across as either desperate or needy with prospects instead of a leader that knows what their doing.

Here's the deal. As you master this mind-set, within a few months you will start to see your business grow. As your team becomes larger, it's inevitable you going to hear the voices start, and as your team continues to grow, so do the voices in both number, and volume.

The voices of doubt will no doubt sound like this. "I thought I would see results a lot quicker." "How come I'm not sponsoring anyone?" "I thought this turnkey system would do everything for me." It always starts quitely, than eventualy becomes louder and louder. This is the virus of doubt that will spread through a network quickly.

And really all I can say is, and this is crucial for your businesses survival, you are not in the slightest way resposible for the success of any of your distributor's. That is their problem, and you need to remain focused and keep leading by continuing to grow your business. Block all doubter's from entering your mind-set.

You need to understand the majority of your team will not be successful, and there's nothing you can do about it. Once your team becomes larger and larger, eighty percent of your group will not succeed. It has nothing to do with you, that's just the law of averages at work.

The other bunch, that other tewnty percent will follow by your example and get it done. So quickly learn how to cast away the emotions of the other one's. When they continue to complain, don't deal with them anymore until they change their attitude, and let them know about it in a nice way. I reccomend not even answering emails or returning calls from them.

I would never kid anyone about this, and some would think it's rude, but it is not. Do you want anyone to destroy your focus, sabatoge your dreams? Of course not, this would be the last thing anyone would want. So it's important to lead by example, you set the bar and the rules. Don't let the doubtful behavior penetrate into your thoughts and ruin a good thing.

When the leaders begin to emerge in your downline, make sure they really understand this. Everyone is vulnerable to doubter's virus, and has to learn to prepare themselves. Competition is every where, and that is always a good thing. I would reccomend using a duplicating marketing system for yourself and everyone you put on your team, that really works. It saved me alot of explaining and works better than anything I have tried.
