Mike Mograbi certainly sees a lot of bullish signs in information marketing. There are a lot of trends that are going to make information marketers just explode with profits.
Rob Toth interviewed Mike for Dan Kennedy's Info Riches course. Rob is interviewing the top information marketers to create a course called "Future Of Information Marketing".
One of the big trends that Mike sees is that the Internet is growing in leaps and bounds in foreign markets. He quoted that Clickbank has been growing at the rate of 20% per month due to their new Spanish language services. French, German and other markets are booming so if you can offer services in other languages you are destined to prosper.
If you can team up with someone who knows the country/niche you are targeting you could have a great business. Just be careful you can trust them. You provide the Internet marketing expertise, they provide expertise in their market. Once small, unprofitable niches are now becoming hugely profitable because more people are involved globally. For sure there is a lot of potential there.
Another trend worth cashing in on is video marketing. It is something you definitely need to add to your mix. Micro video is becoming very popular. "People want what they want, when they want it, how they want it." The big thing with micro-video is that people can get the information they want without wasting time.
Surveys and polls need to be integrated into your site to keep it dynamic and interactive. You need to know what people want so you can keep adding new and exciting things.
You should team up with experts in your niche. Create valuable content using your experts, authority sites and forums. Referencing experts and authority sites adds credibility especially if you use video to prove your claims. People are turning more and more to authority sites because they don't have time to waste on lesser sites.
You have to be pre-selling all the time. There should be lots of high quality content on your website. "Quality is stepping in, junk is stepping out". If you don't know something, buy the best product you can from a recognized authority. Don't think getting that required knowledge is the same as information overload. You need to know what you need to know.
It takes time to produce quality so you have to be "into" your niche. "Don't do this just for the money." "There's a difference between doing something for money and doing it because you want to help people or spread something that you love AND you also make money." Be sure to "find something that you love because if your fuel runs out you're going to burn out, then you're going to lose everything." "Do something you love and the money will come.
