Sure Fire ways to expand your Network with Email Marketing.

By MLMAbsolute

In all kinds of business, you need to maintain contact with customers, whether be it product update of feedback survey or conducting promotional campaign, you need to contact your clients.

The invent of online Network Marketing created a gap in the personal touch in marketing. You need to fill up the gap to succeed in Network Marketing

Doing MLM/ Network Marketing online, the first most important thing is collecting leads, most often through a opt-in form or squeeze page. These leads are targeted leads, which mean that they are people who are interested in your company or product.

These are your potential cash cows. You need to follow up with them, update them regularly, forming a relationship. The purpose of doing this is to increase their awareness of your company or product. Imagine, today if you keep seeing the advertisement of, say, MacDonald's, the next time you make a decision on where to eat, you will probably be thinking of MacDonald's. You need to get them to see your advertisements. The easiest way is to send them emails.

In order to maximise the results of your Email Marketing Campaign, you need to do more than just sending them information. There are more things to take note when you start your Email Marketing Campaign.

Be Professional

When composing email-messages, you need to keep in mind some points to make your emails look more professional.

- Source

You need to identify yourself in your email address so people will be less reluctant to open your email. TUse emails that shouts your identity e.g. sales@yourcompany.com. Such emails can be created very easily as most hosting plans give you free emails under your website URL.

The next factor to take note is your subject line. Keep it clear, concise, and under 50 words. You can try to create interest in readers in your subject line.

- Message text

In the Main body in your email, quickly identify yourself, and proceed to the main purpose of the email. If someone referred them to you, state the source of referral. Limit the use of fanciful pictures, make your email look profesisonal, unless you have a special style you portray in your website, keep it professional.

Improve conversion of your Emails

By increasing your Email conversion rates, you will get more traffic into your website, thus increasing your ROE (returns on efforts) for writing the emails. To increase your email conversion rates, you should follow our 6 rules to emailing success;

- Brand

Remember to brand yourself or the Company, whichever you are representing. Good branding will make readers remember you, or your company. Keep to the branding you choose, and use it consistently, every time you email them. Use the branding in your from line or subject line, so they can recognize you.

- Honesty

Be honest and truthful in your email subject line. Don't use false information to trick readers into opening the email. It is also a legal requirement to have accurate subject line.

- Create urgency to take action

Creating a sense of urgency will make the reader make a decision. You can instill the sense of urgency in readers by using words like "for the first 50 customers, Limited time, early bird discount" in the email to make readers feel the need to take action soon.

- Entice them

Give readers benefits to open the email in the subject line. E.g. Redeem you Free Gift now! You can also incorporate the urgency to open the email in your subject line.

- Keep to the limit

In your main body, you can use bolds, colors, and capital letters to emphasize the benefits of your product / service. But bear in mind not to over do it. Using too much bolds, capital letters and colors will not only confuse your readers, it will also piss people and spiders off. Spiders may filter your email and classify it as SPAM.

- Simple and Sweet

Personally I limit my emails to the main points of my purpose. Of course you should practice your own discretion as to the audience and purpose of the email.

*P.S. It is compulsory (legal requirement) for you to include an "unsubscribe tab" in your emails to reduce SPAM
